Basket Ingredients Gift baskets may each contain: A fine cheese, crackers, candy, a beverage such as Martinelli's along with other specialty gift foods selections featured in the recipient's specific geographic area. Typical of these would be gift coffees and teas, candy, chocolates, jams, cookies and nuts. A $50 fruit only basket most typically will contain 6 varying colors of apples, two oranges, two kiwi, one pineapple or other tropical fruit, two tangerines, small cluster of grapes and 4 bananas, nuts in shell or hard candy. Please understand that substitutions sometimes must be made due to seasonal availability and quality of that day's fruit selection. We use recognized brand name products when creating your Gerry's Country Rose Basket. However, when quality is the same or better, we do take into consideration items on the basis of attractive packaging. Christmas and Holidays At Christmas time, Easter and even Independence day, we offer baskets which include a more holiday oriented flavor. You'll see things like chestnuts, dried fruits and little sprigs of fresh English variegated holly. How could this package not be especially well received?
Delivery Policy We must require that the recipient of food baskets be at home before we attempt delivery if the recipient lives in an apartment or similar security building. In such cases we call, and if they're not in, we leave a message to call us. On their return call we make a rendezvous appointment with them. If you wish to live dangerously, and instruct us to let the basket be porched in the event the recipient is not at home, then you must absolve us of the consequences should the basket be stolen or devoured by wolves... During holiday seasons, we require more than 24 hours notice. Because of the high volume of orders during these times, please place your order well in advance.
Flowers No limit to the emphasis on flowers and plants. We can accompany your order with a dozen long stemmed roses, a large or small mixed table arrangement ...a green or blossoming plant. This is an especially thoughtful gift to send to the home for a sympathy occasion. At the family gathering following a funeral, friends and family can benefit from your thoughtfulness with a color spot and some healthful nourishment.
